THE RESIDENCE GUIDELINES

A thoughtful stay begins with care and respect.

Welcome to your home in Sardinia. This residence has been curated to offer you an experience of authentic luxury - where privacy, comfort and the beauty of the landscape converge. We kindly ask you to honour this space and the community around it, so that every detail remains impeccable for you and for those who follow.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

◈  Check-in

• Standard arrival: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM - please confirm your expected time in advance.
• Late arrival (8:00 PM - midnight): available upon request and subject to a supplement.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• A valid ID document for all guests is required upon arrival -  this is a legal obligation.

◈  Check-out

• Departure no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Late check-out: subject to availability -  please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.
• Before leaving: switch off all lights, air conditioning and appliances; close all windows and doors; return keys as instructed at check-in.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

This residence is reserved exclusively for the guests named in the booking confirmation. The number of occupants may not exceed the authorised capacity under any circumstances.

• Subletting or re-letting the property in any form is strictly prohibited.
• The property must not be used for commercial, promotional or event purposes without prior written consent from REBhomes.

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBOURLY RESPECT

This is a private residential area. We ask all guests to be mindful of neighbours and to preserve the tranquillity that makes this place so special.

SMOKING POLICY

• Smoking - including e-cigarettes and vaping - is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, using the ashtrays provided.
• Guests are responsible for the safe disposal of cigarette waste at all times.

PETS

We welcome well-behaved companions. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets, as their admission is subject to approval on a property-by-property basis.

POOL & OUTDOOR SPACES

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in or near the pool.

INTERIOR CARE & APPLIANCES

Please treat furnishings, art and appliances with the same care you would in your own home. In the interest of electrical safety, we kindly ask:

• Avoid running multiple high-consumption appliances simultaneously (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning). This may trip the system.
• Air conditioning must be switched off when windows are open or when the property is unoccupied.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture without prior authorisation.
• Report any malfunction or accidental damage promptly via WhatsApp - this allows us to assist you quickly.

WASTE SORTING - COMPULSORY

Sardinia is a territory of rare natural beauty. Waste sorting is mandatory by law and a responsibility we take seriously.

• Organic (food waste)  →  brown bin
• General waste  →  grey bin
• Plastic  →  yellow bin
• Paper & cardboard  →  white bin
• Glass & aluminium  →  green bin

Black bin bags are not collected. Please use only transparent bags as required.

SECURITY & KEYS

• Always close and lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Do not share keys or access codes with persons not included in the booking.
• In the event of lost or damaged keys, please notify REBhomes immediately. Replacement costs will be at the guest's expense.
• Do not share Wi-Fi credentials with persons outside the residence.

DAMAGES & REPORTING

We understand that small incidents can occur. What matters is prompt communication.

• Report any damage, breakage or malfunction to REBhomes immediately via WhatsApp.
• Costs arising from damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the guest at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit may be required at check-in for certain properties - this will be returned promptly upon satisfactory inspection at departure.
