The villa is surrounded by meadows, olive trees, fruit trees and lively flower beds, and is the ideal retreat for families and groups. To complete this suggestive scenario, numerous shaded corners dedicated to relaxation, together with a private pool, invite you to enjoy the quiet of the surrounding green countryside. N.B The cashiers, very discreet and kind, occupy part of the villa: in an independent position and do not share with the guests any of the outdoor spaces of the house, garden or pool.

Interiors:

The property covers a total area of about 275 square meters, distributed over two floors connected by two internal stairs and an external staircase (lift use on request). GROUND FLOOR — Living room with sofas and direct exit to the garden; living room with TV furnished with sofas, table and chairs; service bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Living room and dining area; kitchen with external stairs adjacent to the outdoor dining area; laundry room; double bedroom (with closet) with en suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms, each with adjoining bathroom with shower; twin bedroom (joinable beds) with en suite bathroom with bathtub.

Park:

The property, completely fenced, covers about 3 hectares, mostly flat but arranged on two terraces, with green lawns, olive trees, centuries-old trees, hedges and aromatic herbs. To enliven the environment, modern works of art are exhibited here and there. The outdoor seating area is surrounded by the park with pool view, while for outdoor dining there is a wooden gazebo located a few meters from the house, overlooking the pool and furnished with table, chairs and barbecue. The kitchen can be reached by climbing an external flight of stairs. A few meters from the automatic gate there are also two parking areas, for a total of four uncovered parking spaces.N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:

The pool is located 20 m from the house, on the same level, and can be reached by crossing a stretch of lawn. Rectangular in shape; dimensions 12 x 6 m; constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in PVC, accessible via a Roman staircase and iron ladder; equipped with a salt purification system. Terracotta solarium and lawn with sun loungers, large pergola, umbrellas, table, chairs and hot shower. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
