Cozy two-room apartment with open space kitchen and private balcony, located in a quiet neighborhood a few steps from the city center and beaches. It is the perfect location to spend your holidays and relax in Rapallo.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an open kitchen and a single sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The house is very bright and has a beautiful open view of the city of Rapallo.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (excluding the balcony) and is equipped with television and wifi. A hairdryer, towels and bed linen are also available for the duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome!
The center of Rapallo and the waterfront can be reached with a pleasant walk of about ten minutes.

We remind our guests that the apartment is located on the second floor and the building has an elevator (you have to climb a couple of steps). The road to reach the property is slightly uphill.
The apartment has private parking a few meters from the apartment for small/medium-sized cars. The dimensions of the car park are approximately 4.4 m * 1.80 m.

House rules:
- Check-in to be arranged with the host from 15:00 to 21:00. Alternatively, it is also possible to arrange self check-in (always starting at 15:00).
- Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- In case of late arrivals after 21:00 a supplement of €30 is required for late check-in until 23:00 or €40 for arrivals after 23:00 (not mandatory if self-check-in is required).
- Upon check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID card or passport.
- Upon check in, the guest will sign a rental agreement according to Italian law.
