Comfortable three-room apartment with separate kitchen, in a quiet and residential area of Santa Margherita Ligure but still convenient to reach the center, the beach and the train station. It is the ideal location to spend unforgettable days of vacation in serenity in the Gulf of Tigullio.

The apartment consists of a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, a private bathroom with a shower and two balconies.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (you can smoke outside, on the balconies) and is equipped with television and wifi. Hairdryers, towels and bed linen are also available for the entire duration of your stay.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean, refined and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!

The property is located in Santa Margherita in a quiet and residential area, a few steps from all services: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and the port. With a pleasant walk you can reach the train station and bus stops or the ferry pier to explore nearby towns and discover the wonders of the Gulf of Tigullio.

We remind our guests that the apartment is located on the first floor and that the building has an elevator. You still have to climb a couple of steps.

House rules:
- Check-in at the apartment by appointment from 15 to 21. Alternatively, it is possible to organize a self check-in (always starting at 3 p.m.).
- Tourist tax (4.00 euros per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival
- In case of late arrivals after 21, a supplement of Euro 30 is required for late check-in until 23 or Euro 40 for arrivals after 23 (not in the case of self check-in).
- Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identity document
- Upon check-in, the guest is made to sign a rental agreement as required by law
