House Rules & House Rules

Welcome! We are delighted to host you. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay and maintain the quality of the accommodation, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Waste Disposal: Garbage must be disposed of strictly according to the posted schedule. It is forbidden to leave waste inside or outside the house upon check-out. Note: Failure to comply with the schedule will incur a penalty of €80.00.

Kitchen: Please leave dishes clean, and the stovetop and oven free of food residues or grease. Note: If the stove/oven is left dirty, a penalty of €50.00 will be applied.

Refrigerator: Upon departure, the refrigerator must be left completely empty and clean. Note: Any food or dirt in the refrigerator will incur a penalty of €50.00.

Pets: If you have brought your pet with you, please be careful not to leave hair on the beds, sofas, and chairs. Please note: Difficult-to-remove hair will incur a €50.00 penalty.

Drain and Sand
Return from the Beach: To avoid serious damage to the plumbing system, we ask you to clean the sand from your feet before entering the house.
Use of Drains: Do not throw anything into the toilets and sinks except toilet paper. Any blockages caused by improper use will be charged to guests.

Air Conditioning and Energy
Air Conditioning Use: Please use air conditioning responsibly. Always turn off the appliances when leaving the house or if the windows are open.

Respect for Silence
Please respect the quiet of the neighborhood during the following hours:
Night: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Property Maintenance

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances. Please report any breakages promptly.
