Located in Oltrarno, in a strategic position just outside the old city walls, in Porta Romana, this delightful apartment, recently renovated maintaining the features of ancient Florentine houses (exposed stone and wooden beams), will give you the opportunity to spend a vacation close to the main attractions of our wonderful Florence, such as Ponte Vecchio, just 20 minutes on foot and Boboli Garden just 10 minutes away, but away from the chaos of the historic center and the main tourist circuits.

Entering the apartment we find ourselves in the large living room, furnished with a large table and chairs, sofa and TV.

The large kitchenette is equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want.

From the living room there is access to a terrace with umbrella, table and 2 chairs to enjoy a quick lunch or breakfast in the open air.

A staircase leads from the living room to a mezzanine with a sofa bed for one person.

In the sleeping area there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a double sink and a large shower cabin.
