The villa is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase for a total area of about 200 square meters. The parking lot, with parking spaces for four vehicles, is outside, in front of the pedestrian gate, after which you take a short gravel driveway lined with cypress trees that leads to the villa. Around it there is an unfenced area that alternates lawn, gravel surfaces, olive trees and walkways that connect every area of the property. On the opposite side from the main entrance, there is a large panoramic wooden terrace, accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, furnished with a dining table, outdoor sitting area and barbecue.
