Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.

Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be agreed upon in advance.

Number of Guests

Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to access the property.

Visitors or overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

Respect for Neighbours

Please be respectful of the neighbours at all times.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Parties

Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed on the property.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Cleanliness and Care of the Property

Please take care of the property, furniture, and equipment.

Any damage must be reported immediately.

At check-out, the property should be left in a tidy and reasonable condition.

Waste Disposal

Please follow the recycling and waste disposal instructions provided in the accommodation.

Safety

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when they are not needed.

Make sure doors and windows are closed when leaving the property.

Pets

Pets are allowed only if previously authorized before arrival.

Liability

The owner and property manager are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings during your stay.

Penalties

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties and, in serious cases, immediate termination of the stay without refund.
