The space
Located on the third floor of an elegant building served by an elevator, this two-room apartment is a bright and welcoming solution, perfect for accommodating 2 to 4 people.
The spaces are optimized for relaxation and independence: you will find a quiet and comfortable double bedroom, and a living room that includes a practical double sofa bed.
The kitchen is designed for every need, being fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction stove and all the essential appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso® machine.
The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Finally, comfort is guaranteed by centralized (ducted) air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV. The hot water is autonomous and the apartment is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment is located in Via Spartaco, a quiet but incredibly central residential area. In a few minutes on foot you can reach Corso XXII Marzo, Porta Romana and several metro and tram stops, which connect comfortably with the Duomo, the Central Station and the main attractions. Nearby you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops, perfect for enjoying Milan like a real local.
You will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property before your arrival.
