Your holiday is in a completely private mountain chalet, with a dedicated wellness area, personal chef on request and the Dolomites as a constant background. Spread over three floors, Chalet Altera can accommodate up to 7 guests, blending authentic materials, contemporary design and tailor-made services.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, with direct access to the garden and the heated outdoor pool that can be used all year round. The first floor is the social heart of the chalet: a large open space under exposed beams, with dining area, sofas, fireplace and large screen with projector, combined with a high-end Bang & Olufsen surround sound system. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame nature and extend out to the terraces, perfect for slow breakfasts and convivial evenings. Downstairs, the private spa (200 m²) includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Aquamoon emotional shower with water games and lights, snow shower with real snow, relaxation lounge and a 10×4 m outdoor pool with counter-current swimming and hydromassage jets. The area is completed by a compact Technogym gym, vital bar (herbal teas, juices, fresh fruit), changing room and cozy lounge. Outside: private garage with charging station for electric cars, lockable bike/ski storage and a helicopter pitch next to the chalet.

The Turkish bath (approx. 40-60°C) combines soft lighting, aromatherapy and gentle heat to stimulate circulation and relieve muscles. The Finnish sauna (up to 90°C), covered in dark wood, promotes deep purification and stress reduction. The snow shower offers gentle cooling with real snowflakes after the sauna; the Aquamoon alternates water scenarios and plays of light for a multisensory massage. The heated outdoor pool is open all year round, even in winter. The gym (Technogym treadmill and multi-bench) allows cardio and strength training before returning to the spa; the relaxation & vital bar area is ideal between sessions, with entertainment for both adults and children.
