Baia L'Aura derives its name from the small private village consisting of ancient fishermen's houses, immersed in the quiet of a garden overlooking the sea. We are located in the south of Sicily, just outside Ispica, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Ionian Sea. The houses, finely restored, offer carefully furnished spaces, combining contemporary details with a relaxed summer atmosphere. Common life takes place around the main house, which houses an indoor and outdoor living room, a dining room with a convivial kitchen, and a bedroom. The other rooms are located in independent units, each with a private bathroom and private outdoor space. Outdoors you can choose between different terraces: some ideal for sunbathing, others designed for moments of relaxation or for outdoor lunches. A short staircase leads to a platform overlooking the sea, equipped with sun loungers, shaded canopy and outdoor shower, from which it is possible to dive directly into the crystal clear waters. The free and equipped beaches of Porto Ulisse are just a few minutes away, the center of Ispica is about 15 minutes away by car and Noto is only a few more minutes away. The property is therefore the ideal base for exploring an area full of enchanting beaches, fascinating historic centers, quality restaurants and characteristic boutiques.

The complex, which covers a total area of about 200 square meters, includes the main house and three annexes, arranged on one level and connected by paths inside the garden. The main house, located closer to the sea, houses the common areas of the villa. MAIN HOUSE (about 90 square meters) - Entrance to the living room with sofa and TV; service bathroom; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, direct access to the outside and private terrace overlooking the sea; kitchen and dining room with large opening window that overlooks the terraces with pergola overlooking the sea. ANNEX 1 (about 70 square meters) - Two mirrored double bedrooms, each with private entrance, en suite bathroom with shower partially integrated into the room and shaded private terrace with sea view. ANNEX 2 (about 30 square meters) - A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub in room, private terrace with sea view and outdoor shower (with hot water). ANNEX 3 (about 40 sqm) - A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace overlooking the sea.

From the automatic gate on the provincial road, there is access to a large terrace with three covered (and as many uncovered) parking spaces. From here start wooden walkways, stone paths and cobblestone terraces that connect the various buildings immersed in a Mediterranean garden of about 4000 square meters, with fragrant shrubs, meadows and flowers. Each cottage has a private bleached wooden terrace for each room, furnished with a shaded relaxation area. The heart of the property is the large terrace overlooking the sea, with outdoor dining area, relaxation areas and panoramic corners. A path leads to the gate that opens onto a stone terrace on the seashore, with a shaded pergola and sun loungers to relax between baths. Outside there are two cold water showers: one on the stone terrace and one on the lawn terrace. Sun loungers are distributed on various terraces. Note: the dry stone walls typical of the area are very low and overlook the cliff, this aspect makes the property not suitable for children under 10 years old.
