HOW TO CHECK-IN
Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
GET YOUR KEY
KEY DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL
The keys will only be handed over once the guest registration and contract signing have been completed. Please check your messages to verify and arrange the key handover details.
We remind you that, by law, an in-person verification of all guests' documents is required. Where available, self check-in is allowed solely to facilitate entry when guests do not communicate or do not adhere to an arrival time. However, it must be followed by an in-person meeting within 24 hours of arrival (or within 6 hours if the stay is for one night only).
KEY MANAGEMENT
Pay attention to the keys to the house. In the event of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee will be charged (see general terms and conditions) for the replacement of the lock as they are forced for security reasons.
RETURN OF KEYS AT CHECK-OUT
At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned following the check-out instructions. Generally, if recovered from the locker, they must be put back in the locker. If you don't remember the code, please contact us.
CITY TAX
The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.
PROPERTY RULES
CHECK-IN: Access is allowed only after having completed the registration of all guests, having signed the contract for acceptance, and having paid the full amount.
NO SMOKING: It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
PROHIBITION OF INTRODUCING ANIMALS: Unless expressly agreed, it is strictly forbidden to introduce animals into the apartment and/or leave them unattended.
QUIET HOURS: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following morning.
HEATING MANAGEMENT: It is not allowed to keep a temperature higher than 24°C and to keep windows open with the heating on. Lower the heating to 18°C if leaving for extended periods. For further details, please consult the house FAQs.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The guest is required to use the apartment and all its equipment with the diligence of a good family man. In particular, it is required to: turn off unnecessary lights and devices; avoid waste of water and energy; not slam windows, doors, and external shutters; close the Velux windows in case of rain or wind; pay attention to adverse weather conditions; use furniture, appliances, and household items carefully; respect neighbors and outdoor areas. In case of damage, the guest must report it immediately.
UTILITIES: The Lessor is not responsible for any interruptions, malfunctions, or service disruptions attributable to service providers.
WASTE SEPARATION: Very important! Separate and compress into separate bags: plastic and cans, paper and cardboard, glass; general waste (including organic). Check the house FAQs for additional disposal instructions. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, our staff cannot open trash bags; therefore, special handling will be charged.
USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL: The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM, from June 1st to September 30th. Before accessing the pool area, the tenant undertakes to read and comply with the condominium regulations found in the apartment and the rules posted near the pool. In particular, he/she declares acceptance of every part and confirms having read and understood the safety rules and the rules on pool use by minors. If unable to find the regulations, he/she undertakes to request a copy from the House Manager. He/she also declares to assume all responsibility for any accidents arising from use of the swimming facilities (pool and solarium), and releases the condominium (Residenza dei Prati), the owner, and the property manager from all civil and criminal liability. Some important rules are highlighted:
1- Swim cap required; only swimwear allowed; shower before entering;
2- Only registered guests may access the pool;
3- No running, diving, or ball games; no fins or masks;
4- Children under 12 only if accompanied by adults or persons over 14;
5- Containment swimwear required for children under 2 and persons with incontinence;
6- Access prohibited for persons with open wounds;
7- Assistance required in case of limited mobility;
8- Animals prohibited in the pool area;
9- No glass or ceramic items;
10- No food in the pool area;
11- In case of damage or water contamination, costs will be charged to the tenant.
CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS: Compliance is mandatory, especially regarding quiet hours, parking, garden access, and waste management. Regulations are available in the apartment or from the House Manager. The outdoor park area is under video surveillance in accordance with the law.
CHECK-OUT: The apartment must be left in good condition. In particular: dishes must be cleaned and stored; furniture returned to place. Respect check-out time, close doors and windows, and inform the House Manager. Any loss or damage must be reported promptly.
