The open-plan living area is furnished in a Mediterranean style with a cozy lounge and dining area. The modern kitchen is super-equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Both the living room and the kitchen are air-conditioned, ensuring a welcoming environment in every season.

The exterior of the villa is a true paradise of open spaces and relaxation. A lush English lawn surrounds the property, creating an airy atmosphere. The veranda, shaded by a pergola, becomes the beating heart of the days: here you can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners, prepared in the outdoor kitchen equipped with a hob, refrigerator, and barbecue. A living corner, furnished with comfortable outdoor armchairs and a sofa, invites you to relax and enjoy an evening aperitif, admiring the sunset over the cliff. The 8x6 meter swimming pool, surrounded by a solarium with deck chairs and straw canopies, promises moments of pure fun and relaxation. For your convenience, there is also an outdoor laundry room and an outdoor bathroom near the pool.

Villa Elysian has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished in a simple and welcoming way, and two bathrooms, one internal with a shower and one external near the pool. The outdoor showers next to the pool are equipped with hot water for extra comfort. The villa is easily enjoyable even in winter, thanks to the hot air conditioners and a pellet stove that creates a warm and enveloping atmosphere.

Villa Elysian is a pet-friendly villa for holidays in Sicily, ready to welcome your four-legged friends as well. The large parking area inside the property adds a further touch of convenience. Whether your ideal holiday is a summer of sun and sea or a quiet Sicilian winter, here you will find everything you need for a dream stay. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a cost of €1.10 per kWh.
