Located within a residential complex consisting of two distinct and independent accommodations, this country house with a pool is perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and discovering the beauties of the Val di Noto.

Casa dei Limoni Blu is an 80 m² duplex apartment, with a private entrance, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you reach the open loft, where there is a second double bedroom and a single bed. The decor, with shades of blue and turquoise, creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Casa dei Limoni Blu is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
