Sicily Sun is a 150 sqm holiday villa with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 French bed), 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, air conditioning, heat pump heating, and outdoor parking within the property. The separate gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, moka pot, kettle, and toaster.

The heart of the villa is a large, bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that fully open onto the outdoor veranda. This living space is designed for conviviality and relaxation, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or spending pleasant evenings together. The outdoor veranda, furnished with comfortable armchairs, is a true extension of the living room, an oasis of tranquility where you can fully experience your Mediterranean-style beach holiday. Imagine spending your days relaxing in the villa, alternating moments of reading in the shade of the veranda with sunbathing on the nearby pristine beach.
