Romantic House, a sea view villa located on the beautiful bay of Porto Ulisse, near the southernmost point of Sicily, offers an unforgettable vacation experience. Immersed in a 1500 m2 garden with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, and fig trees, this seaside vacation home is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, privacy, and beauty. Perfect for families and groups of friends, Romantic House consists of 3 independent apartments, each with its own private outdoor space.

Each of the three apartments that make up the villa is furnished with a Mediterranean style that recalls the atmospheres of Marrakech and the Greek islands. An apartment on the first floor, ideal for 4 people, has an exclusive terrace with panoramic views. A ground-floor apartment, perfect for 5 people, offers a private veranda overlooking the garden. A third apartment, suitable for 3 people, has a private veranda and gazebo. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, living area, and comfortable bedrooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.

In the evening, guests can dine and relax enjoying the barbecue and the spectacle of the stars. The proximity to the sea, just 800 meters from the villa, allows you to easily reach the beach and enjoy the sun and sea of Sicily. Romantic House is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends with you.

Romantic House is strategically located to explore the beauties of southeastern Sicily. The proximity to the sea and the seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo offers numerous opportunities to enjoy the sea and nature. The Baroque cities of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, and Syracuse are easily reachable by car, as are Mount Etna and Taormina.
