Our apartments are equipped with automatic opening systems. This means that, on the morning of your arrival day, and not earlier for security reasons, you will receive the access codes that will allow you to enter the apartment. The same codes can be used throughout your stay.

For the first access, we kindly ask you to call us when you arrive in front of the external gate or main entrance of the building. Our team will open the external access remotely, allowing you to reach the apartment.

Once inside the apartment, you will also find the physical keys, which you can use throughout your stay to open any gates, main doors or external building accesses.

Please make sure you have a working phone with you upon arrival and contact us as soon as you are in front of the external entrance of the building, so that we can properly assist you with your first access.

At check-out, we kindly ask you to leave the physical keys of the apartment on the table in the living room, or in the same place where you found them upon arrival.

Once you have left the keys in the designated place, you can leave the apartment and simply close the door behind you.

Tourist tax is a local tax applied in many Italian municipalities to guests staying in accommodation facilities, such as tourist apartments, holiday homes, hotels, B&Bs and guest houses.

The amount is generally calculated per person and per night, according to the rules established by the Municipality where the accommodation is located. Rates, possible exemptions and the maximum number of taxable nights may vary from one city to another.

Please note that the tourist tax must be paid regardless of whether you have already stayed in another accommodation in the previous days or whether you will stay in another hotel or accommodation facility in the following days. This is because the tax is calculated at municipal level and is based on the number of nights each guest spends in each accommodation facility.

For the payment of the tourist tax, you can refer to the online self check-in link that you will receive before your arrival. During the procedure, the amount will be correctly calculated according to the number of guests and nights of your stay, and you will be able to pay it directly in a simple and secure way.

Respect for the property: We kindly ask you to treat our home with respect and care, as if it were your own.

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please use the outdoor areas for smoking.

Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM.

Number of guests: The maximum number of guests allowed is the one agreed upon at the time of booking.

Parties and events: Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
