GET YOUR KEY
KEY HANDOVER UPON ARRIVAL
Check-in is carried out via self check-in, meaning access to the property is autonomous by collecting the key from a lockbox located near the house.
All access instructions will be sent before arrival, but only after completing the online registration of all guests and signing the contract.
Please note that registration is required by Italian law and must be completed before accessing the apartment.
KEY MANAGEMENT
Please take care of the house keys. In case of loss or failure to return the keys, a fee will be charged (see general contract conditions) for the replacement of the lock, as required for security reasons.
KEY RETURN AT CHECK-OUT
At the end of the stay, the keys must be placed back in the lockbox, ensuring it is properly closed so that it cannot be opened without the code.
CITY TAX
The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.
