Casa Hermes has an excellent location at the beginning of a tree-lined hill in summer and is 5 minutes from the white beaches of Pittulongu, such as Lo Squalo Beach, Mare e Rocce Beach, Bados Beach and many others.
The house is located on the ground floor, a villa with a beautiful private garden and a large terrace suitable for dinners and lunches to enjoy the wonderful temperatures of Sardinia throughout the year.
From the entrance gate of the private garden you will find a wonderful view of the property, on the left you will immediately find a shower to wash when you return from the beach, then a barbecue area and the beautiful equipped veranda.
You enter a comfortable living room with sofa and TV cabinet and a fully equipped kitchen in a modern style, suitable for families. The hallway leads to the sleeping area, where there are two double bedrooms and a very nice and characteristic bathroom with shower.
The house is suitable for both families and a couple of friends and in a few minutes you can reach all the beaches of the Costa Smeralda, appreciated all over the world for its turquoise sea.
In a few minutes you can reach many other tourist attractions, such as Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo, just 15 minutes by car.
Olbia, with its port and international airport, is just a few kilometers away and is equipped with all services, shops and supermarkets.
