HOW TO CHECK-IN
Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
GET YOUR KEY
KEY DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL
The keys will only be handed over once the guest registration and contract signing have been completed. Please check your messages to verify and arrange the key handover details.
We remind you that, by law, an in-person verification of all guests' documents is required. Where available, self check-in is allowed solely to facilitate entry when guests do not communicate or do not adhere to an arrival time. However, it must be followed by an in-person meeting within 24 hours of arrival (or within 6 hours if the stay is for one night only).
KEY MANAGEMENT
Pay attention to the keys to the house. In the event of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee will be charged (see general terms and conditions) for the replacement of the lock as they are forced for security reasons.
RETURN OF KEYS AT CHECK-OUT
At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned following the check-out instructions. Generally, if recovered from the locker, they must be put back in the locker. If you don't remember the code, please contact us.
CITY TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.
PROPERTY RULES
CHECK-IN: Entry is allowed only after all guests have completed the registration, signed the contract for acceptance, and paid the full amount.
NO SMOKING: smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
NO BRINGING IN ANIMALS: Unless expressly indicated and agreed, it is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the apartment and/or leave them unattended.
QUIET TIME: from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am the following morning.
HEATING AND COOLING MANAGEMENT: It is not permitted to set the temperature above 24°C or to keep windows open while the heating is on. Please lower the heating to 18°C when leaving for extended periods. For more details, we invite you to consult the house FAQs.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Guests are required to use the apartment and all its facilities with due care and responsibility. In particular, they are asked to: turn off unnecessary lights and devices; avoid wasting water and energy; prevent windows, doors, and external shutters from slamming; close the Velux windows in case of rain or wind; pay attention to adverse weather conditions; use furniture, appliances, and household items with care; and respect neighbors and outdoor areas. In case of damage, guests must report it immediately.
UTILITIES: The Host is not responsible for any interruptions, malfunctions, or service disruptions attributable to the providers of such services.
SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: Very important! Please sort and compress waste into separate bags: plastic and cans, paper and cardboard, glass, and general waste (including organic waste). Check the house FAQs for additional disposal instructions. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, our staff cannot open trash bags; therefore, special handling fees may be charged if waste is not properly sorted.
USE OF THE FIREPLACE: Unless agreed in writing with the property manager, the use of the fireplace, wood stoves, pellet stoves, or electric heaters is strictly forbidden.
CHECK-OUT: The apartment must be left in good condition. In particular: if plates and dishes have been used, these must be cleaned and tidied up; If furniture or furnishings have been moved, they must be put back in their place. Respect the check-out time by closing doors and windows, and notifying the house manager when you are leaving the house to allow check-out checks. If something has been broken or lost, notify us promptly.
