The villa covers an area of about 270 square meters distributed on two floors and connected by an internal (narrow) spiral staircase and external stairs. Park:
The property covers an unfenced plot of about 15,000 square meters, of which 5,000 square meters are the private garden consisting of large areas of natural lawn that follow the natural slope of the land. A gravel driveway leads to the villa and the parking area, located under a gazebo. Connecting with the living area of the house is a tiled area where an outdoor lounge and dining area are set up, shaded by a pergola. Adjacent to this area is a flowerbed of aromatic plants. The surrounding solarium is covered with high-quality synthetic grass, equipped with a perforated support with high drainage that prevents water stagnation, yarn with antibacterial treatment and a soft and cool surface to the touch, which does not overheat in the sun, does not cool down in winter and dries quickly after rain.
