Interiors:The villa is spread over two floors, for an area of about 400 square meters. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance that leads to a hallway with stairs to the first floor; living room with TV, pool table; bathroom with shower; hallway with access to the garden. Kitchen with external access to serve the veranda, laundry with external access. FIRST FLOOR - Large dining room connected to the main kitchen; two rectangular areas with kitchenette and living room, each with an external staircase that allows independent access; three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms, one with a divisible bed; a single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. Park:The villa is surrounded by a 1,900 square meter garden bordered by hedges and terracotta pots. Cypresses and olive trees create a decidedly Tuscan atmosphere. The veranda, located in the old barn, is closed by windows and equipped for outdoor dining. A barbecue area is located near the main entrance. Pool:The infinity pool is located in front of the villa and offers a wonderful panoramic view; it can be accessed by crossing the gravel path and going over the iron gate. Rectangular in shape; dimensions 12 x 6 m and constant depth of 1.4 m; salt purification; Roman staircase for access; internal lighting; pool terrace partially paved with terracotta and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower; open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
