It also has the latest generation ceiling fans. It has a double kitchen, one of which is on the outdoor patio. Two bathrooms with two showers. It can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms (3 French double beds and 2 bunk beds). A large parking lot under the pergola and a pine forest at the back for an afternoon rest will make you appreciate the sea breeze. The villa is facing east on the beach side and west on the back. The Mediterranean scrub is really well cared for and gives unforgettable scents. Ultimately, a villa for families, teenagers, couples and children. The smart TV works only with a WIFI connection, it does not have an antenna (neither satellite nor traditional). For air conditioning, there is a thermodynamic ventilation system (VMC Thermodynamics).

Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 100.00 EUR in cash on site.
