Villa Pianello, 250 square meters, is spread over three floors, connected by an internal wooden staircase with handrail. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance under the porch that leads to a large living room with dining area, TV corner and ornamental fireplace; well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a furnished outdoor dining area; double bedroom (150 cm wide beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; bathroom with shower and laundry, located in front of the front door. FIRST FLOOR - Hallway with sitting room; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower; staircase that leads to the second floor. SECOND FLOOR - Double bedroom with divisible bed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

The villa is located inside a fully fenced garden of 3,000 square meters, part of a larger estate of 3 hectares with an olive grove. The landscaped garden is adorned with geraniums, rosemary, lavender and shaded by cypresses, oaks and olive trees. Two porches offer outdoor living and dining areas, one of which is equipped with a gas barbecue and connected to the kitchen; there is a gym area shaded by a gazebo.
