Interiors:

The villa is spread over three floors. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance; open space living area with kitchen, dining room and living room; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; laundry room; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Panoramic terrace with two separate entrances, each of which leads to two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR — Double bedroom with French bed, en suite bathroom with shower and private panoramic terrace. All rooms have large windows with garden or pool views.

Park:

The property covers about 1.9 hectares of olive groves and pine forest. A fence wall delimits much of the land, which includes a paved driveway, a parking area for ten cars, and a brick barbecue. The garden is planted with mature fig and camphor trees, pittospores and Mediterranean shrubs. In front of the villa, the resin-paved solarium surrounds the pool and houses an outdoor dining area with sun loungers and sitting areas. The lighting is guaranteed by low cluster lamps, which create a suggestive atmosphere for outdoor evenings. Pool:

The infinity pool is located in the center of the garden, directly in front of the villa. Rectangular in shape, it measures 13.5 x 3.5 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. It is covered in gray cement effect resin and is equipped with a Roman access staircase, chlorine purification plant and internal lighting activated at dusk. The paved solarium is furnished with sun loungers and sitting areas. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
