HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a penalty fee of €100.00 will be charged.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Unless expressly stated and authorized, bringing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited.

WASTE SEPARATION / RECYCLING
To reduce environmental impact and comply with local regulations, guests are required to properly separate waste following the instructions provided in the apartment.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, guests are kindly asked to leave the waste inside the apartment. Our cleaning service will take care of disposal.

For stays of 4 nights or more, guests are required to dispose of waste independently in the designated condominium waste areas. For any questions, please contact our Customer Service.

At check-in, guests will be required to show a valid ID document and a credit card as a guarantee.

CHECK-OUT RULES

• Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.
• Before leaving the apartment, please make sure to:
  • Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances.
  • Close windows and doors.
  • Leave the apartment in decent condition.
  • Do not leave waste scattered inside the apartment.
  • Dispose of waste according to the instructions provided.
• Keys must be left in the same way as at check-in.
• Any damage or issues must be reported promptly.
• In case of lost keys, the replacement cost will be charged.
• Out of respect for the cleaning staff, please do not leave dirty dishes or excessive mess.
• Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.
