The apartment is located on the ground floor in the brand new Wave Island residence, a setting that recalls a Caribbean island with a swimming pool and white sand. It is located about 650 meters from the sea, in a quiet area between Piazza Milano and Piazza Torino. The property has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available. Outside you can enjoy an exclusive space. The property is a parking space with a shed.

Residence suitable for families. The organization of parties/events is prohibited.

Please always respect all the condominiums and the residence, during your stay and the hours of silence from 13 to 15 and from 23 to 8.00.
Please kindly do not leave dirty dishes and/or dishes in the sink or dishwasher and to throw away the garbage before check-out and to treat with the utmost respect everything that will be made available for your stay.
