The apartment on the first floor is located in the newly built Wave Island residence, located in a quiet area, near Piazza Milano, where there is a beautiful swimming pool and private indoor parking space.
The residence offers sun loungers.
Access to the beach is about 550 meters away. The contract must be signed to check in.



The space The apartment has a double bedroom with the addition of a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds and in the living room you can have a double sofa bed. Maximum capacity of 6 people.
In the bedrooms there are lamps with USB output and wireless charging for your devices and numerous blankets for the winter period.
The kitchen is equipped, there are also the following appliances: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, stove, espresso machine (Nespresso compatible), kettle. There is also an Android TV (which can be connected to your devices).
The terrace overlooks the pool, protected by large curtains, and is equipped with sofas, table and folding table for outdoor dining.
Air conditioning (hot and cold) completes the apartment and in the small back terrace there is a washing machine and related drying rack.
Vacuum cleaner, phone, iron with relative axis are available.

The apartment has been equipped with adequate security systems as required by the last legislative decree on short term rentals.

Pets allowed on request.
Private parking included.
Tourist tax 1 euro per day per person to be paid at check in for a maximum of 10 nights, electricity and water included, bed linen and towels 60 euros per stay on request.

Please always respect all the condominiums and the residence, during your stay and the hours of silence from 13 to 15 and from 23 to 8.00.
Please kindly do not leave dirty dishes and/or dishes in the sink or dishwasher and to throw away the garbage before check-out and to treat with the utmost respect everything that will be made available for your stay.
