This villa distinguishes itself with expansive floor-to-ceiling picture windows that not only provide a constant backdrop of mesmerising views, day and night, but also seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors. The vast open-plan living space thoughtfully maximises the panoramic views, from the sitting and dining areas. At one end of this magnificent space, you'll discover a contemporary and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a generously sized island that doubles as a convenient breakfast bar. On the opposite end, a games area beckons with a billiards table and additional seating creating a space for leisure and entertainment.

Each of the villa's four bedrooms boast en-suite shower rooms and is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your utmost comfort throughout your stay.

Outdoors, the rectangular 10-metre infinity-style swimming pool takes centre stage, featuring an expansive shallow tanning/relaxation ledge - perfect for families with young children. The pool terrace and deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and a built-in barbecue, create the ideal setting for unforgettable al fresco dining experiences.

Services on request, at extra charge: Heating is optional and costs 175,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.A supplement of 35€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC. One week notice required.  Extra cleaning. 

Security Deposit: 500 Euros.

Location: Just above the property, you'll discover the chic Pukiki rum bar and 800 metres away, you'll find two cosy cafes, Café 99 and Navalnica whilst the nearest mini-market is a mere 1.2 kilometres away. A scenic 3-kilometre drive will lead you to the resort town of Calheta, boasting its man-made golden sandy beach. Here, a delightful array of cafes, restaurants, a larger supermarket, a marina (offering boat trips), banks, and a pharmacy await your exploration. Within a quick 5-minute drive, you can reach either of the two surfing paradises, Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, nestled at sea level and adorned with trendy café-bars (don't miss their caipirinhas and mojitos). Funchal is a convenient 35-minute drive away, while the airport is less than 50 minutes away via the motorway.
