There is also an ironing board and iron, coffee machine dolce gusto, oven, fridge and freezer. The air conditioning is present in all rooms.
Wi-fi internet connection throughout the apartment. The walls of the building are very thick and the phone line may not be the best. Near the windows, however, the phone picks up very well.
The strength of the structure is the location, everything is very close and within walking distance: the port, restaurants, supermarket, stores, ferry ticket offices, the local train station and the train to Naples. With less than 10 minutes walk you can also reach the Rione Terra for a visit to the archaeological site of ancient Pozzuoli and the seafront where there are restaurants and a very nice evening walk.
The apartment is on the second floor with independent access from a balcony. The shutters are reinforced and the door is of very thick metal. At the window without shutters there are security grilles.
